April 12, 1911, Ontario
A heavily retouched green lawn. During an artist panel lecture at Allegra La Viola Gallery last weekend (the topic was Dungeons and Dragons), one of the artists noted how mid-19th century illustrators emphasized the colossal proportions of a place by reducing the height of the figures by half. It works in Guelph, too.
